Part 1, a highly-sought after citrus fruit

Want to hear a secret? I maintain a note on my phone entitled “Happy list.” This is my reminder, when I’m having a hard time, that good things exist, and many of them are easy to access. Some are downright splurges (think Robin, a high-end San Francisco sushi spot) but some are free, like dancing in the living room and making playlists.

Number nine on my list says, “yuzu desserts.”

Just a few years ago, this definitely wouldn’t have been a thing. Searches for yuzu have 5x’d in the last five years
