Today is National Pasta Day and what better way to observe than a quick 15-minute dinner of “grown up” macaroni and cheese? In today’s video, I offer three variations on the classic. First, a riff on “French Onion” made with caramelized onions and crispy onion pieces. Second, a “Bacon, Chili & Chive” featuring chili crunch and crumbled bacon bits. Third, a “Truffle Parm” version with white truffle oil and a generous addition of parmesan cheese.

Carrabba’s Italian Grill: From now until December 4th, get two adult entrees (spaghetti with meatballs, lasagna) and two kids entrees (cheese ravioli, penne mac & cheese) with a gallon of iced tea or lemonade, and four cookies.
